- In order for the venture to be a true success it demands the support and investment of the community it seeks to serve, from the outset. This necessity requires that local businesses secure their involvement with the project as soon as possible so that sufficient funds exist to secure the building from potential competitors for the site.
- We would like to hear from anyone (whether a seasoned theatre-goer or enthusiastic layman) that wishes to contribute his or her personal time and money to participate in this exciting community project, by becoming a Friend of the Pavilion Repertory Theatre.
- We would also like to hear from those that support the principle of the restoration of a repertory troupe to the city, (as well as the contingent refurbishments of one of Swansea's most notable landmarks) but may not have the time and money that others have to spare. We still require your help!
You may demonstrate your support by signing our online petition, which is to be used for several important purposes. By stating officially your desire to see The Pavilion once again at the city's cultural hub. We hope that the major benefactors, mortgagers, grant issuers, license givers, etcetera will be so encouraged by such a show of interest that they will see fit to approve their support for the project.
The positive implications are both broad and manifold. They cover a range of concerns from the financial and civic to the cultural and social.
